The project consortium released the first extensive output. We developed a training programme for a 5 day course. The aim is to deliver a tool to all interested parties who wants to implement the INTENSE idea in their daily coach-client relationship, in their team and/or organisation and even spread the idea in local and regional network. We released the matiarial under Creative Common Attribution – Share Alike 4.0 International Public License. This allows all interested perties to make use of hte material, schedule, ideas behind in the way that fits individual and organisational circumstances. This first version is in English. Versions in all the partner languages will follow until the end of the project in August 2019.
