Το Ευρωπαϊκό Συμβούλιο Mentoring & Coaching (EMCC) ανέπτυξε έναν κώδικα δεοντολογίας (A Code of Ethics).

Αυτός ο κώδικας δεοντολογίας ορίζει την προσδοκία των βέλτιστων πρακτικών στην εκπαίδευση (και καθοδήγηση) και προάγει την ανάπτυξη της άριστης εκπαίδευσης (και καθοδήγησης).
