Goal for the program

Antoine de Saint Exupéry said:  “A goal without a plan is only a wish.” That’s the reason why we (the participants of the INTENSE consortium) are very clear about the goals of this project, written down in the guide and also in a training program.

In this guide, therefore, the goals are explicitly formulated and as SMART as possible:

“The goal of this program is to train a selected group of trainees (coaches) from the participating countries to be able  to be a trainer themselves in the future and to acquire the necessary skills to teach the content of the program back home in their own organization.”
